We will not pretend to treat what we do not know. Our priority in your first session is to ensure we have a firm diagnosis and clear treatment plan.
Usually, a physiotherapist can diagnose most conditions but where needed, with your consent, we can request MRI scans, x-rays, or refer onwards e.g. to a consultant for further investigation. We never keep treating you to "see how it goes".

At the end of your initial assessment, we write down all of your goals - the ones YOU want to achieve. We turn them into SMART goals by making them Specific, Measurable, Realistic, Achievable and Timed.
We are transparent about how long we think it'll take to achieve those goals and how often you would need to have therapy sessions in order to give yourself a fighting chance. We leave room for changes as rehab isn't always straightforward and not all goals are achievable.
From day one, every treatment we give is tailored to YOUR goals, not ours. We'll be there with you every step of the way.
At Remedly, we don’t rush you in and out. You can book any length of time you require for the activity needed - from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
For example - a busy professional who wants remote physiotherapy whilst working from home might require a 30 minute session during their lunch break, whilst an elderly patient who wishes to practise travelling on public transport may book 90 minutes, ensuring they have enough time from home to their destination and back, whilst also ensuring ample breaks.
Either way, you will get what you need. We do not operate a one-size-fits-all conveyor belt physiotherapy service.
