For Individuals & Families

1. Do I need a GP referral to book?
No — you can refer yourself directly. You're equally welcome if you have a referral from your GP or another medical professional. If you have any scan results, letters or investigation reports that might be useful, please have them ready for your first appointment.

2. What is concierge physiotherapy and how is it different from a standard clinic?
Concierge physiotherapy means your clinician comes directly to you — at home, at your care home, or at your office — removing the need for clinic visits entirely. Unlike standard physiotherapy where you travel to a fixed location at a fixed time, Remedly's concierge service adapts entirely around your life, your schedule and your environment. Every session is unrushed, clinician-led and personalised to your specific goals.

3. What happens at my first appointment?
Your initial concierge assessment is 90 minutes and is divided into three parts. First, we confirm the details of your symptoms and history. Second, we assess your movement and identify the source of your pain or limitation. Third, we bring it all together with a clear provisional diagnosis, a personalised treatment plan and hands-on physiotherapy treatment on the day — so you leave your first session already feeling the benefit.

You can choose to add a full written clinical report to your initial assessment — a detailed document summarising your diagnosis, findings and recommended treatment pathway that you can keep, share with your GP or take to any other provider.

4. What does the written clinical report include and do I need one?
The written report includes your clinical history, assessment findings, provisional diagnosis, recommended treatment plan and any relevant clinical notes. It's yours to keep permanently.

You don't need one to receive excellent care — you'll always leave with a clear verbal summary and treatment plan regardless. However we strongly recommend it. A written report gives you the independence to seek a second opinion, continue with a different provider, or use it as a formal clinical record for insurance, employment or legal purposes — without starting from scratch anywhere else.

Initial assessment without report: £375
Initial assessment with written report: £450 (saving £75 versus buying separately)
Written report standalone: £150

5. What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing is best. Depending on the area being treated, we may need to assess the joints above and below — so for example, a hip appointment may involve assessing your lower back and knee too. Shorts and a vest top are ideal. If you have any concerns about this, just let us know in advance and we'll accommodate you.

6. How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your condition, goals and how your body responds to treatment. We never sell sessions you don't need. After your initial assessment, we'll give you our honest clinical recommendation — but you always have the final say.

Most rehabilitation programmes run across multiples of 6-week phases:

Phase 1 — Restore (Weeks 1–6): Reducing pain, restoring mobility and addressing the root cause.

Phase 2 — Strengthen (Weeks 7–12): Building strength, preventing recurrence and returning to full function.

We formally reassess your progress every 4 weeks and provide a written progress note — giving us a 2-week window together to decide on the next phase. Nothing continues without your agreement.

7. Can I choose my own session duration and frequency?
Absolutely — this is your programme. You choose the duration and frequency that works for your life, guided by our clinical recommendation. Some clients prefer 60-minute weekly sessions. Others prefer 90-minute fortnightly sessions. Some combine in-person visits with virtual check-ins between sessions. There is no one-size-fits-all at Remedly.

Our minimum session length is 60 minutes for home visits. We recommend 90 minutes only when treating more than one area simultaneously.

8. Can I mix home visits with virtual sessions?
Yes — absolutely. Your rehabilitation programme can combine both in whatever way suits your needs. Many clients prefer home visits for hands-on treatment and virtual sessions for exercise coaching, progress reviews or weeks when in-person isn't possible. Same clinician, same clinical standard, same price.

9. Do you offer outdoor sessions?
Yes — in the latter stages of rehabilitation, outdoor sessions can be an important part of rebuilding confidence and functional independence. This might include practising walking on uneven ground, getting on and off public transport, or accompanying you on a short shopping trip. If outdoor sessions would benefit your recovery, your clinician will recommend this as part of your programme.

10. Do you offer annual memberships?
Yes — following your initial assessment or rehabilitation programme, you can transition onto a Remedly annual membership for ongoing maintenance, prevention and continued support. Memberships are tailored to your needs and start from £199/month. Contact us to discuss the right option for you.

11. How do I pay?
All sessions and programmes are paid in advance. We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through our payment provider. For rehabilitation programmes, payment is structured as agreed at the outset — either upfront or in monthly instalments. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

12. What is your cancellation policy?
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all single sessions. Rehabilitation programmes require 28 days written notice to discontinue. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours or missed without notice are charged in full. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for details on refunds, package cancellations and exceptional circumstances.

13. What if I'm late to my appointment?
If you're more than halfway through your appointment time without arriving or connecting, the session will be counted as a no-show and charged in full. Please always let us know if you're running late — we'd much rather accommodate you than charge you.

14. What hours are you available?
We're available 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday across Telford, Shropshire and London. Same-day and emergency appointments may be available outside these hours — call us directly on 0330 133 5996.

15. Which areas do you cover?
We provide concierge home visit physiotherapy across Telford, Shropshire — including Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth and Ironbridge — and London. Virtual physiotherapy is available UK-wide. If you're unsure whether we cover your postcode, call us on 0330 133 5996.

16. What qualifications do your clinicians have?
All Remedly physiotherapists hold a minimum BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and are registered with both the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy). All clinicians are fully insured, DBS checked and verified before joining the Remedly network.

17. Can I use your initial assessment as a second opinion?
Yes — absolutely. If you're already working with another physiotherapist or healthcare provider and would like an independent clinical view, our 90-minute initial assessment with written report is ideal for this purpose. You'll receive a full independent clinical assessment and a written report you can take back to your existing provider.

For Organisations

18. What is concierge workplace physiotherapy?
Concierge workplace physiotherapy means Remedly embeds directly into your organisation — delivering expert clinical physiotherapy onsite, on a scheduled basis, with measurable workforce outcomes. We are your dedicated clinical partner, not a one-off service provider.

19. We already have health insurance — do we still need Remedly?
Health insurance is reactive — it activates after the damage is done. Remedly is proactive, resolving MSK problems before they become claims, sick days or lost productivity. Every problem we resolve before it escalates is a claim your insurer never sees — and a premium that doesn't rise next year. Most of our partners use both — because Remedly reduces the claims that drive premiums up.

20. We have Wellbeing Champions — isn't that enough?
Wellbeing Champions listen. Massage therapists relax. EAP counsellors support. Mental health apps remind. None of them fix a compressed disc. Remedly provides the expert clinical layer your Champions cannot — and we measure the results so your board can see exactly what that's worth.

21. How do you measure ROI for our People team?
Every Remedly partnership includes quarterly workforce health reporting — tracking pain reduction rates, sick day avoidance, session outcomes and productivity recovery. We give your HR team clear, boardroom-ready data to demonstrate the return on your investment.

22. What does a typical onsite day look like?
Your clinician arrives at an agreed time, sets up a private treatment space within your office, and sees employees in pre-booked 30 or 60-minute slots. No disruption, no equipment beyond a treatment couch, no fuss. Employees book in advance through a simple scheduling system managed by Remedly.

23. How do you handle employee confidentiality?
All clinical information is strictly confidential between the clinician and the employee. Your HR team receives only anonymised aggregate data — never individual clinical details. Every partnership operates under a formal agreement with clear clinical governance and confidentiality protocols.

24. What is the minimum contract length?
We recommend starting with a no-obligation Performance Wellness Day at £950 + VAT — a single onsite day that lets your team experience Remedly's clinical approach before any long-term commitment. Retainer partnerships run on a minimum 3-month basis with 90 days written notice to end the arrangement.

25. How quickly can you be onsite?
From signed agreement to first onsite day, most partnerships launch within two weeks.

26. Do you only serve Telford?
Remedly is headquartered in Telford and currently serves organisations across Telford, Shropshire and the wider Midlands. For virtual and digital rehabilitation partnerships we work nationally. Contact us to discuss your specific location.

27. How does pricing work for organisations?
Every Remedly corporate partnership is priced around your organisation's specific needs — workforce size, onsite frequency and programme scope. Our Performance Wellness Day starts at £950 + VAT. For retainer and full partnership pricing, contact us for a tailored proposal.
